Most wobbly wardrobes were built correctly and still came out wrong, because three things quietly get skipped.
The floor is first. Almost no floor is truly level, and a carcass squared up on an uneven patch will never hang its doors flush no matter how long you fiddle with the hinges.
Sequence is second. Cam locks and dowels want to stay slightly loose until the back panel goes on and the unit is square. Tighten everything as you go and you lock in whatever twist was already there.
Anchoring is third, and it matters most. Tall units belong fixed to a stud or a proper anchor. That is a safety issue in any home with kids, and it keeps the frame square for years on top of it.
